when my father gifted me a psp I complained to him because I wanted a nintendo ds to play pokemon with all my friends, I used to play medievil, battlefront 2 and watch harry potter and the goblet of fire and Open Season

My friends and I used to pass around the PSP and take turns using it to jerk off (in a seperate room, obviously.) Also, years later, I was at a different friend's house and we found his brother's PSP. I asked for it and immediately found the porn. Also, a few years after that, I was at a stranger's house for some sort of event and found their son's DSi, and immediately found his porn history. My only memories with the PSP are for porn. And also one time my cousin got it for christmas and I briefly played GoW on it.

My only memory of the PSP was walking into GAME and having an employee approach me, show me Tiger Woods running on it and acting like it was the coolest shit ever. I was an unemployed student at the time so even if I had thought it was cool, purchasing it would have been out of the question.

Later on I did get a Vita. It ended up becoming my Spelunky machine.

my most fond PSP memory is experiencing the gunship battle in MGS: Peace Walker that has "Heavens Divide" playing in the background.

The browser had a bug where it would sometimes open an old page even if you had deleted the browser history. Has multiple incidents in school where it showed hardcore hentai when opened.

Loved the PSP. Great racing games, great SRPGs, and I emulated a ton of great SNES and GBA games on it. That was how I first played Earthbound and Mother 3 for instance. Back then, installing CFW felt like you were doing something really cool, had to buy a special battery and set up a memory stick in just such a way. These days it's trivial but back then you had to stay below specific firmware versions as hackers explored known exploits on them, I'd check the websites focused on homebrew and CFW every day for new shit. Good times.

I discovered the homebrew/CFW scene pretty early. The first couple of years of the PSP were exciting because new exploits and homebrew apps were coming out every day. I remember all of the hype when Sony released the first batch of PS1 Classics because someone got a hold of the emulator and made an app to convert any PS1 disc image into something the emulator thought was one of the official PS1 classics. The first time I played through FF7 was on my PSP and before it was an official PS1 classic.

Oh, and there was an app for resizing images in bulk to fit the PSP screen because I used it for porn too.

The source/code of this JAV is actually very disappointing. The colors aren't the same and the video is boring lesbian shit overall, compared to this frame in isolation. I'm not complaining, but speculators/collectorfags still don't seem to care much about PSPs/UMDs.

And tangentially related, GB(C) mods and clones continue to be made which I think are quite unnecessary. I think the PSP remains far more interesting than the GBC. Maybe it's just Pokemon.
