I would but I don't wanna get invested into another series as I'm already juggling several. I already have digimon, and I like it better since it's entirely about human-creature bonds and openly embraces anything from ridiculously cute critters to waifumon, a wide variety of ridiculous, over-the-top designs chock-full of guns and weapons, and monstrous kaiju-esque creatures
palworld also drew my attention with with its anything goes world feel and the over the top cartoon violence, sweatshop labor and slavery, creature butchering, bombing and gunning, etc.
while MHS seems like a good series but I'm already juggling too many. e.g. I've already got DQM (and joker) on the back burner for jap practice

I'm not sure they quite compare with MHS special attacks. Digimon special moves are at most 5 seconds long, while the MHS special moves are more like 15-20 seconds long. They're over the top with how flashy they are too, kind of like the Final Fantasy 7-9 summons were at the time.
