Every person I've seen using the filename randomizer has been a spammer or shitposter. Every time I've searched their images I've seen dozens of nearly identical posts using the same language with similarly randomized filenames. It's basically a big badge that says "I intend to bait and shill." They all react the same exact way, too. They will somehow act like you posting a single screenshot of an archive is a herculean effort on par with posting the same few images every single day.
