The dialogue sounds like Holiday, who only got to New York recently, doesn't know about Infernus' past. There is the line about statue of limitations, but that's as she said a jurisdiction thing. Granted, she does seem to be into him. That said, a lot of lines suggest that people are alright with Infernus these days being a bartender instead of what he was. The majority of lines in direct interactions are about his bartender work or trying to convince him to go back to his old ways. Kill lines do make fun of him a bit more. Doorman's ult line is casting doubt if he has truly changed or not. That's why I say it's a half thing.
Ivy would hate the shit out of him when she finds out he worked for Mendoza.
