Windows 10 sucks and Windows 11 sucks but I tolerate them now

Main reason I don't insist on sticking with 10 on 11 is because 11 natively supports multiple tabs per window in the explorer folder viewer, and allows you to use the scroll wheel to sift through multiple open windows of the same application when you have enough open for the vertical list to appear

The former there are third party tools to do on W10, but I don't think (?) there's a way to do the latter on W10 in any capacity

If there is tell me and I'll switch back to W10 LTSC

I already tried Win11 LTSC to get a feel for it and it was the the most dog shit experience I ever had. I never had such a laggy OS since I was running Win7 on the worlds slowest laptop hdd
And running the allstartback program is a retarded method as it only runs as a program and doesnt modify the OS to be non shit

There’s literally nothing wrong with sticking with Windows 10. At least for the next 5 years when new games no longer support it.
Just keep your browser updated and maybe subscribe to an antivirus program.

I shouldn't have to install 5 different programs and fuck around with the registry so i can use the hardware bought the way i've been doing for the last 30 years. Having to install a fucking start menu in windows 8 was already over the line.

Linux will never take off simply because people are so stupid they can't even get past the mere installation phase.
Until it's handed to people already installed on a prebuilt, Linux will always hover around 2-3%. The only thing that could change that is the SteamDeck/SteamOS.

As in, let's say you have 20 text documents open in notepad, and in the task bar, you have them set to stack

You navigate to your notepad icon in the task bar, and that will display a vertical list of notepad documents/windows. Then you can use the scroll wheen to go up and down it, see webm

it's less useful if you only have 20 or so open, but if you have more like many dozens or hundreds of untitlted ones and need to quickly get to the bottom, it's a godsend
