Next time get a controller and phone connector so you can play games with gameplay. Like Ghost in the Shell (PSX) on emulator.
Using Retroarch. But ePSXe is fine too.
Every phone made since 2014 and some prior, should be able to handle PSX games.
Some grindans like FF7, 8 and in desperation 9. Maybe Legend of Dragoon, I dunno, I only played the Demo. Full game, but on a booth. Same time as The Bouncer, which I finished in the booth. Booth meaning TV with a controller at a shop. No pressure. People weren't greedy or problematic then because war was ancient history. Along with all the bad the bad guys did or said did. Everything bad atributed to defeated.
Maybe an adventure game or three:
Return to Zork
Discworld Noir
Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars (Never played it, but wanted to. I heard it's on game boy advance.)
Speaking of which Baldur's Gate (degenerate series) has a Diablo clone on it that looks good but is boring quickly when you realise the world is going to look the same. The fun in Diablo is adventure. Like everything maybe. Except pornography. And reflex challenge, and everything that isn't about adventure. Dumb statement. Sorry.
Finish Almost Horse Cock Country if you haven't already. But you'd need a controller. Phones should have triggers (on top) and thumb sticks on acreen. Amount of press could do different buttons and combinations.
If Saturn emulation is phone handleable. Panzer Dragoon 3 (Haven't played it. But Saturn was 2x the power of PSX. It should have gotten more utilisation. Games looked better on it. Saturn should have been Model 2 (Sega Rally) arcade board though. Doubled as a PC. Mass produced best. Military fighter jet chips. And lightguns should have been the primary controller. Saying goodbye to fucking joypads. Keeping gameplay a thing. Speed. Real time interaction. No exp. Experience. Skill applicable as performed.)
Laybout what the game you'd like to play would be. Deprivation into production. Time to think c
