the colors are way too bright pastel and are the same exact shade, that shit is unpleasant on the eyes
too many bows, the hair especially the massive bow on the top is very kiddy and makes her look like a little girl but the skirt and shirt and high heels have a more mature look to them and it just looks terrible, completely unnecessary bow slapped on at the front, everything is an ugly shiny material except the skirt making it very clear it's a separate piece and not attached to the shirt as a whole dress but them being the exact same color and shade is awful
what are you even going for here? cute? sexy? playful? party girl? mature? like a lolita look? i could give you advice depending on which direction you're attempting but as it stands now it looks like something a 5 year old would design and think looks good
