Walking (actually driving) sim with light survival elements like hunger in a semi-procedually generated world with random encounters and multiple countries to find, but the stuff in the countries is all exclusively handcrafted. The important part is conveying distance and isolation between trips to each country.

A Quake-like FPS with an emphasis on precise platforming that takes place in purgatory, and your goal is to find a way to escape.

Open world RPG where you ride between countries and can do the countries in any order, with some events tying countries together. Mostly dialogue and decision making. I wouldn't put a ton of combat in for the sake of it.
