it's a good game mechanically

It's holding pretty steady at 45k. Haven't been playing as I am busy. One issue is expecting skaters to play every single day. Maybe If I was 14.

on ps5, went to play the other night with my friend and cousin who are also on ps5. nothing but fucking errors the entire night, couldn't play together at all - friend got blue screen'd back to the main menu 3 times, when one of us started a challenge no one could move or see the objectives, my cousin couldn't see anything but the names of players floating above nothingness the entire night. the new patch made the game so much more unstable its insane, they really need to fix this shit

Its corpo slop wearing the skin of a once great franchise. The original skate games were made by skaters, had pros doing bad voice acting in them, and had industry backing from board and shoe companies that were core to skate culture. All of that is missing in skate 4

I log in for a few hours before bed to skate around for fun and its really good for that. Better then Session and Skater XL so it does what i want. I don't really care about grinding cosmetics so the daily grind or price for store items is meaningless to me.

fun gameplay but the city is way too fucking small for longevity
I had 100 hours in playtests and 40 hours since release and I'm already bored to tears of it
it's not a bad map but it just doesn't have the je ne sais quos that the first 3 maps did

you really really need to be able to turn off wallrides or tone down their magnetism
