It's not a horror game at all. You get a bunch of screamers at best.

for me it was those quick sequences where the levitating demon invisible red eyes niggas try to violate you, gave me some chicken hair at most

I kept expecting it because of the way the ladders work, making you do a 180 turn out of your control, but it still got me when it finally happened

Yes, it's just an decently fun FPS with a coat of horror over it. The game is like 5% horror with just a handful of screamers and some short supernatural events, and at most the horror enemies just happen in very short hallucination sequences and at the last two Intervals of the game. I just finished the game yesterday and the replicants suddenly appearing from a corner to instantly shoot me with perfect accuracy surprised me more than the jumpscares.

I'm now playing Extraction Point, it's just more of the first game so I don't expect anything new other than more Alma trying to spook me stiff.
