He is right. Keyboards are for text input and UI shortcuts. PC games should fundamentally be designed around a point-and-click interface with menus, dialogs, and buttons, like a desktop application, but console-style FPS action games broke this paradigm in the 90s.

I use a controller for 99% of my PC gaming, and it's the best of both worlds because it pisses off consolefags AND coping KBM-only PC poorfags who think gamepads have never been a thing for PC gaming until recently.

Now on to a better question. Out of curiosity, do you prefer using body wash or bar soap? Obviously for hand washing purposes I use bar soap, but I've switched to body wash recently for my showers after using bar soap for as almost all of my life up to this point and I like it. He has a degree in film, right? I think he's mentioned that before, maybe in the behind the scenes when he's shown how he handles editing software for his videos and such.

It actually seems to have served him very well since he's been so successful and part of that is probably due to his video and editing knowledge.

He's basically a more modern version of an indie film maker hitting it big.

Also, I think it comes across he likes film more than games because his site was called Cinemasscre (Cinema + Massacre), and he's done videos about the history of film and such that he seemed really engaged with. I think the Angry Video Game Nerd was just a character that happened to become wildly popular and he rolled with it.

It was cute when he played his kid's hilariously bad Mario Maker levels.
