I don't mind that either but it's really annoying how humans in Time Stranger are just kind of there and the game basically doesn't change at all if you remove them completely, outside of Aegiomon stakes.

I don't get why Mervamon is Super-Ultimate in this game. Its abilities don't seem to warrant it. Seems like it should be more of a Mode Change or something rather than a straight up evolution. Even lorewise, nothing really suggests it's in the same weight class as GraceNovamon.

It is a pretty chill game.
Looks good, runs well, has a lot of decent qol features.
The main reason to buy it is to see the story and get all the digimon, I think, since the gameplay is nothing special or super challenging or the like.

I'm pretty sure there are a couple of instances in both the games and the anime that more strongly hint at actual relationships between people and mon in Pokemon than in Digimon, but I'm not exactly an expert on the topic.
It would be pretty hilarious for a digimon anime or game just come out and straight up have a human digimon couple.
