Are there any other 'open world' sims where you have to work for the affection? Koikatsu was disappointing as you could just walk up to a character and start a scene immediately.

Gran Ende 2 is genuinely a fun RPGM game which is already rare, but it's somehow both one of the sweetest vanilla H games I've played and the best corruption H game because it's less of whorifying someone and instead making a previously innocent dark elf addicted to your dick and giving her headpats. You can bang other characters too but I don't have the heart to cheat on Juno.

In my opinion, Degrees of Lewdity was the best, followed by Corruption of Champions 1.
But the gameplay is not too great in either of them. Degrees of Lewdity is mostly just time and risk management with some descision making. CoC 1 is a classic JRPG with a lot of grinding random events to get the one you want, especially if you want to obtain a specific transformation.
Trap Quest was somewhat better gameplay wise being sort of a very basic roguelike, but still not stellar.
