It negates all your weight for multiple climbs.
Drop your backpack, make a hard climb, let down just enough rope, then retrieve it. Rapell safely to luggage in kiln or fallen teammates. Quickly get back up again. combos with stamina/climb items. Marks your path for teammates and trivializes their climb.

That thing fills a massive ammount of huner compared to it's weight, that should at minimum be in C tier. Also sun screen in A? That thing is only useful in Mesa and as a result should be in C.. Not to mention that TNT is also in there when it should be in F. There is not a single food item above A barring thick mints, everything is tools. Which while are incredibly useful are practically useless if you are hungry.
Chain launcher? If you need to use it chance are you are already hungry.
Whoever made this list favored items over food to a ludicrous degree. And makes me think they don't have more then two hours in the game.
Hell there are plenty of things that need to be moved out of carry regulary into a less common slot

All of these can be pushed down to at most B and at worse D. Portable stove is a great example of something that should be shoved in D. Use it as soon as possible, that thing is heavy.

It is in the Carry Regularly section, which implies you should be carrying it around. Word is you can put it in someone's backpack before it explodes but I have never seen that firsthand.

To clear up some misunderstandings around food, this tierlist is for A7+4players, and rated as a climber that is fast enough to only ever need a marshmellow + one reserve food.

This tierlist is mostly rated around space+weight efficiency per use Food is mostly foraged and eaten on the spot. Single use utility is used first: cannons, beans My usual pack: 3-5 slots rope+: bugle,lollie,edrink 1chain 1 panicbutton (cureall etc), 1 extraheal, 1reserve food

I have done solo ascent 7 before, it was the first time on that new daily map. Did I take the best path, probably not. I almost died multiple times in that run but I did eventually peak. What you describe is simply a skill issue, you don't need to die over and over on the same map to beat Ascent 7. You just need to be good enough that one fuckup isn't enough to kill you, and it seems to me you are simply not good enough.
There is nothing wrong with this, but I think you are suffering from your own failure if "you just have to throw yourself at it until you learn the perfect way to go that the game will actually let climb" is actually how you play.
