In the end, who's fault is it more that for those amounts of money? The eceleb or the people throwing that much money at them? Why isn't this problem ever addressed?
>>723362548 (OP) >turns off main channel revenue >still has 8 alt channels all with 0 production value and revenue on >still has "members only" videos and channels
Wow bro really turning down so much cash for a HUGE W. So humble!

They're patronized by the platform to promote things the platform owner wants to see
The payouts are selective and biased, and they also serve as advertisement to the mass of schmucks who think they'll get rich making content on a given platform.

In the video he says most of the money comes from ads. Even when he lost subscribers on twitch at one point, he made millions more from ads becoming more ubiquitous. Another easy reason for him to turn off subs/donations; he shows it won't even make a big dent on the money he makes.

But why did he need to make a huge fuss or humble brag about it in the first place? Couldn't he have turned it off and gone on about his business if it was a 100% his decision to 'not care'.
No wonder zoomers all want to be streamers instead of actual jobs. These people make infinitely more money playing games in their rooms than the average wagecuck slaving away for half the day. We truly are in the endgame.

Hey at least by his own admission he knows that he's only managed to go this far by pure luck. Guy seems to have a better grasp on reality than your usual eceleb.
How did someone so bland get famous enough to make $40 mil? At least the screaming retards I get since they appeal to kids but this guy I'll never understand.

Daily uploads on topical things with minimal to no variation over the course of a decade and a half. Anyone calling his success """"""luck""""""" is a complete retard. Consistency is all that matters.

he's one of the OG youtubers who's been sticking it out since very early youtube
i don't watch him anymore but his early gameplay videos were funny, in a 2000-2010s youtube kind of way
>>723363161
He's making millions of dollars by sitting around in his house doing essentially nothing, he'd be stupid as fuck to not ride this shit out for as long as he can.
>>723363618
Not him, but no, there really are. You don't see it because youtube makes it hard to search by low viewcount on-site, but if you watch a few <2000 view videos within a week you'll start seeing uploads from accounts averaging under 100 views in your recommended. 99% of youtube's uploaders fall into that category.
