Japan churns out a metric shit ton of gachaslop too, people just don't play any of it cause it's unironically behind the curve compared to chink gachas and a lot of it is just autoplay shit like the horse racing game or 2D PNG slop-- both of which have no actual gameplay AT ALL.
Any non-gacha games get sabotaged constantly cause it's a bunch of fucking Jap boomers wanting to turn profit with little to no investment (recycling 2010s looking garbage)-- and they hand it off to chinks if it can't do that, like Bamco did with Blue Protocol-- so they can siphon the money it makes out of the local game industry and dump it into completely un-gaming-related nepo shit.
The West is still trooning out. Japan's corporations just want to suck money out of their local game industry and put said blatantly stolen money into other shit. China's the only thing worth giving money to at this point apart from the ONCE IN A BLUE MOON games that are worth buying in the West or Japan (Expedition 33/Battlefield 6 and Granblue Fantasy: Relink respectively).
Until this shit IMPROVES, nobody is obligated to spend their money on anything other than chink gacha slop cause at least the chink gacha slop is giving people at least SOME amount of what people actually WANT while not trying to force shit like communism or trooney-looney bullshit onto the players.
