absolutely not. it's a reskin of estival versus with some minor improvements and with half the cast of that game locked behind paid DLC because they were not in the first game. the only cool thing about it is the orochi boss fight which is the only thing that isn't just reused assets from estival and it's a completely different fight than it was in the original 3ds version.

If I overclock one of my hacked 3ds' can I get better performance? I notice some real frame drops playing the original, especially when using the 3D. I'd love to be able to play the boob game in 3D, but as it stands I'm kind of just having fun with Burst Re:Newel.

Yeah, Clock+L2 is a massive performance boost. I didn't use an FPS counter, but my estimates by eye seemed to double the framerate.
