You are half right and just projecting a little bit, I'm a man of culture who checks on the website almost everyday.
The site does have problems but not exactly because of what you stated in your post.
There is a huge variety games getting posted everyday on f95zone and not just gayslop, NTRslop, AIslop.
One of the problems which makes it awful is that the majority of games are scams/grifts.
Most Devs treat the games they are developing like live service games rather than early access games. Devs advertise their game as "free" but still want you to pay them through monthly payments or they will stop developing the game.
No fucking quality control at all, all the grifters just put all the popular niche fetishes in their games so someone is more likely to look at their game. Most games that are tagged with NTR, FUTA, FURRY, or GAY have about 1-2 scenes at most or if you are lucky its a small chunk of it.
Devs that update within a month do it to potentially grab a new sucker because majority of the time "updates" are bug fixes or 1-2 scenes that they already had made in advance.
Devs string people along by sales pitching their ideas/goals to only deliver a half baked mess of shit that will forever be an ongoing project until the Dev makes enough money for retirement or gets canned because it isnt making money despite it being advertised as "FREE".
Site became a huge honey pot for people who don't have a passion for games but wanna make money off people who do enjoy them.
