NA is washed and nobody cares about the drama scene there anymore. It pretty much peaked with Reallaw vs Pokchop and Viscant vs LTG. Nobody on a national scale cares about locals or even regionals level drama beyond if someone does something funny on cam about it.
I can't speak for SF but in Tekken the big "grudge match" these days is Koreans vs Pakis, and that's mostly because everyone hates the Paki fanboys and want them to shut the fuck up. To the extent that at EWC Mulgold (KOR) popped off not at his defeated opponent Atif (PAK), but at the crowd who would boo Mulgold and wouldn't shut up for the entire set.
