What are you talking about? You literally cannot leave when your contracts are complete, you are obligated to finish the map to receive the completion

you can complete contracts without completing the "game," you only have to complete the "round" (i.e. you can leave after one team wins a round of KOTH or after the teams switch sides in payload). this leaves a hole in your team which won't be filled until the next game (i.e. the map vote screen).

I have no idea why this silly cartoon game where you blow up funny haha men wearing silly hats has such a serious and joyless playerbase that does nothing but complain. Fuck balance changes, fuck "consistent artstyle" just make the game chaotic because that is when its the most fun. the best times i've ever had in this game were all-crit community servers with strange maps filled with inside jokes. total chaos
