Any of them are good desu, I'd just recommend starting with Old gen since most newbies have trouble going back if they start with anything post-World

P3rd
It has the best balance of qol while still being old school, it's much easier to fully complete because no G-rank and it's very forgiving in general, the setting is peak comfy, and you can emulate it on a toaster.
