It's too hyper-specific for anyone except Nintendo themselves to really utilize since multiplats are typically concerned with platform parity, with Deltarune as an outlying exception (that's only an exception because it's likely Nintendo themselves requested Toby to incorporate the Joycon mouse mechanics into the game in some way, which is why we even have the Mike Fight in the first place.).

Devs add useless shit like HD Rumble, IR Camera (right joycon), adaptive triggers, touchpad in the controller, some stupid LED rainbow light (that devs don't even use)...
To bump up the price to make you pay 80$ when Temu controllers for 10$ let you play the whole library except some shit gimmicky games.
And don't forget that they get drift when those Temu controllers have TMR Sticks.
