The problem is the devs got lazy and made the meatlocker scene the ONLY thing that determines Lilly and Kenny's disposition toward you later on. So Kenny just ends up seeming really irrational and petty. Doesn't help that Lilly was originally supposed to re-appear with the RV in episode 5 so any boons you'd get from siding with her disappeared.

one of the more well knows ones is fishing with alvin in s2e1, apparently the entire segment was complete but a week or two before release management suddenly decided they didn't like it and ordered it to be removed
apparently a version exists on a hard drive somewhere but afaik the only leaked build of twd is the e3 400 days one, and technically s2e5 on the playstation for around an hour or two when it released
