Graphics are good.
Gameplay wise it's fine.
The characters look good.
The open world is huge and diverse.
The weakest part is the story. It's not actually bad, but the way it's told feels very amateur hour-ish. Major character suddenly appear in the story, have a big impact and then disappear into the ether for several patches with no explanation only to show up again with no rhyme or reason.
The main story doesn't feel impactful and it's moving along at a snail's pace, but maybe the worst this is that the major antagonists completely no sell everything that's happening in the story and to them. They're always like "This is just according to my plan" and constantly help the MC for some unexplained reason despite being responsible for the problem in the current area in the first place. The writers have a major issue with portraying them as vulnerable and it makes the main story feel unimpactful and boring.
