Listen, I genuinely want for countries like India and Nigeria to prosper, be able to offer the greatest possible degree of safety and security to their people and have a stable middle class that doesn't have to fear poverty and I understand why their situation makes people turn to crime and empathize to some degree.
That said, if that's the path you go down, you don't have a right to complain when someone sees through your bullshit and turns it around on you. Like, the worst that happens to you is people on the internet making fun of you, if you tried to scam people in person, there's a decent chance you'd just have the shit beaten out of you or worse. What's a bit of online ridicule compared to that.
