Tsukumogami/Tree Faith are propagandised as an opposing faith to the Inari but technically Inari and the like are Tsukumogami themselves, so her being married into another supernatural entity's clan but still welcome at the Inari wedding implies most of the spirits are in cahoots and want to subdue humanity.

I guess my question really is, how does Junko's mask tie in to the rest of Silent Hill F's lore? I don't think Ryukishi would just make Junko wear a "bird" mask for no reason, even if it's just meant to reference Hinako's bird themeing.
