All that mass requires a huge amount of inertia to move around. It's physically impossible for land mammal to be that large as its bones would crumble under its own weight.
A tiny character interacting with a normal sized character would be a different story

When I had a sleepover in school as a kid, I made fun of one classmate for bringing this game instead of stuff like Halo and CoD. Now I know he was based
I'm glad they got a concept artist who thought Carmelita was the hottest thing ever for Sly 4. Shame they didn't use any of the artist's really good designs. Lots of Fujiko inspired stuff in her sketches.

It looks more impactful and gives other characters a chance to outrun them if so needed. If you want see giants moving normally, watch Jack the giant slayer.

How does this work, do we just assume bones that big are exactly like any other bones but just scretched to fit new proportions and volume?

Don't ask square cube law autists misapplying an engineering principle to biology, they stumble on the first hurdle that it's intended for masonry and solid contiguous bricks of shit and not organisms
They're like the feather dino fags, they start with a premise >We want to make dinosaurs gay and lame
and work backwards from that assumption.

Bones are made of calcium phosphate. It doesn't matter how much you compact together. Under all that weight, the leg bones of a 50 ft bi-pedal giant would fracture under that immense stress.
