The campaign is about three same length- but divided into different paths so I'd say there are about three times the amount of content if you want to unlock eveey path. Its a rouge like so the encounters are different each time (other than the bosses) and there's a new game plus. Only 4 playable characters, but you can change some movesets.

Nta but combat is thight and challenging, music is fantastic (made by composers of games like Dark Souls, Doom Eternal, Ori). The art while granted a bit tumblr-esque, its still pretty good and looks hand drawn.

Room for combo expeesiom, lot of content to unlock. Just a fantastic game imo. Criminally underrated.

finished it a couple days ago, aside from some conversations not progressing in a timely manner, looking at you medea and arachne, thought the game was a complete blast
i love chain lightning in any game so i was kinda sad to see zeus changed from the first game, but blitz is insane and easily my favorite build to go for
hestia boon to make your cast ranged was my overall most picked boon with hermes attack speed coming in 2nd
ares was very underwhelming but hes the best "2nd" god in a build imo with the blood orb things and omega enhances he gives
the crow and the mongoose are the best also

Blitz procing every 120 damage dealt means that even just doing 120 damage with it is double your DPS, much less once you start getting big numbers and double proc chances, so it very quickly outscales any other source of damage amp on attack unless your build has come together so well that the .6 second cooldown between proc and application is hurting your DPS significantly, which is simply not the case. Zeus is the best damage by a mile.

at 56 hours and have 4 achievments left. these story quests suck ass, you need 20 fucking different conversations for arachnes quest and for some reason you have to bring knuckle bones everywhere twice for odysseus's quest. still havent progessed hercules relationship at all.
