They are using a botnet of residential IP addresses

Both through hacked devices, and these "free VPN" apps that actually turn YOUR IP into a VPN server for people to do anything through

The USA police have probably kicked down the door and ruined countless lives of people who simply just have hacked devices or used these "free VPN" apps

The jails are at max capacity already
