Why don't more pixel shit and indie games release on Android

Because people don't actually buy mobile phone games. Gachashit only prevails because it's free to download and they hook a small portion of the userbase to whale out their entire paychecks on the game. Pixel shit and indie games cannot monetize like gachashit does, so the model does not work for them.

Manga magazines are usually very specific in their level of explicit content and if they wanted to they could've moved it to a different print under the same publisher while still keeping the demographic. Also I doubt the Japanese publishers gave two fucks about the international market compared to the domestic market and the Japanese aren't as fussy about tits in manga as the west.
