I was underage in the site’s early years, socially fulfilled by irl friends in the 2010s and now simply do not trust the average 2020s anon to be someone I want to be able to instant message me. I just kinda missed the boat on getting to know anyone here by any name other than Anonymous.

I would try if I played generic multiplayer trash but now I just play a either one fighting game or single player games so it's impossible to want to connect with people. If someone tried to talk to me, I'd have to stop what I'm doing and respond. And god help me if it's to have an in-depth conversation.

The only time I'm willing to talk is now, which is when I'm at work, while I'm not busy, when I'm not supposed to be socializing in the first place.
