What's funny is that even the sleep function doesn't work on these devices because Windows wakes itself up to gather telemetry data, you'll set it to sleep at 90% and then you'll turn it back on and the battery is nearly drained because Windows decided to wake the device up mid-sleep to spy on you

FWIW The Switch 2 also has shit sleep performance exactly because it keeps waking up to check for "updates" and trips the wireless chipset into a permanent power-on state.

On linux that only works if the computer supports S3 sleep, which a lot of laptops don't support nowadays, and in the beginning of this they usually overheated when you put them to sleep.
