It's insanely hard to get both and pace chasers already need a lot of stats so sacrificing them for shooting for victory and red shift is not worth it. Personally and from what I saw in Taurus, Red Shift is much more consistent than SFV so prioritize it and just get higher power, shooting for victory procs half the time red shift does
