999 had a nice payoff, and VLR was a lot of technobabble and meandering underbaked routes.
I haven't heard a single thing about ZTD that has compelled me to play it.

it's shorter which is good imo, vlr had too much filler, it has nice puzzles sometimes, some really cool plottwists and some really shitty ones as well, I can't say I recommend it but I enjoyed it
