Yeah, on my first playthrough before they nerfed Arch Militant slightly by making its ult not work on movement only turns, I would clear some battles so fast that the rest of my party literally could not keep up with Cassia and my Rogue Trader. As in, there were so many extra turns, extra movement etc. that those two would be 30 tiles ahead of everyone else

Why the fuck meltaguns feel so shit to use? Plasma guns/pistols can do meltagun jobs better at longer range, and melta still can't do shit on anything too armored for plasma without debuffs, while at close range shotguns can just nuke shit + knock shit prone, melta feels like a wet fart compared to other weapons. And for single target bosses you can just use sniper with just 1AP.
