I wouldn't say of all time but I wish more people got into Blazblue ,especially Central Fiction after the rollback update. Really cool game with a vast number of unique characters and interesting mechanics for each one. I would dare say it's Arksys Magnum Opus (yes, even better than all Guilty Gears, including +R for all the retarded Guilty heads in the thread.)

There is something about it were it's perfectly balanced when it come to gameplay, while also retaining skill to master.
Also it was the last fighting game to bring unprecedented hype during tournament matches, also every top 8 was different due to the fact that every player had a character loyalty, we just don't see that anymore.

Was the game perfect? When you can pick duplicates (capos, Howrange/Beak, Lili/Sabastian, Lee/Violet, Marshal/Forest), it becomes a drag to play, so the asnwer would be no, however it was still a damn good and fun game to play.
TT2 felt like a love letter to the fans of the series, too bad it sold like shit for some reason, my guess would be that the casuals looked at it and thought it looked hard to play.
I wish Namco would re-release the game and rebalanced it, personally I would love to see a mode where you have to kill both of your opponents characters to win the match.
