Now, it's important to maintain certain degree of plausible deniability to maintain the charade. So, she can't be attractive to the straight white male, but she's not 100% hideous either. Hence, this type of safe design. You can notice in other cases when they don't even bother pretending and create just plain ugly characters.

I just played Lost In Random and frankly it plays so much better that I genuinelyl can't get into Hades 2. You move too slow. attrack feel unresponsive

why are medea's boons so shit. you tank your run, giving up a boon or double health to get her pylon and all the choices are boring as fuck. random damage on spawn? useless it'll always be 2 or some shit. 10% chance to get 20 gold? that's fucking nothing.
