NTA, but it's been out for about 3 and a half months. I wouldn't really say that's a "long time" but you're not entirely wrong. If people wanted it badly enough, they would have bought one earlier on. I personally was considering getting one soon, and not everyone buys things immediately when they come out. The Switch 2 will probably be worth buying in Spring 2026 when a lot more Switch 2 games come out. I know a lot of first party titles are set to drop around that time as well.
Die-hard fanboys were always going to buy it on day one, even if it had nothing really to play. A lot of them fucking just replayed BoTW probably for the 10th time, or Mario Kart, despite it being lame. Now they're all going to play Pokemon ZA, despite it also being garbage but in their eyes it's amazing. Nintendo fans have this ability to just invest 100's of hours into garbage
