The basics of the strategy is to ally muscovy as soon as you can as a deterrence, break alliance with georgia to eat them and expand everywhere you can to fight the ottomans.
Now it's up to player preference but there's a couple other strats you can do:
1. The classic eu4 migration and No CB east frisia to migrate to the HRE and expand in there. Being close to burgundy means you can probably get the inheritance, converting to catholic is optional.
2. I no CB'd bosnia to get into the balkans to get the serbian gold mine and get closer proximity to the europeans, being closer means you're more likely to secure stronger powers like austria, castille and france.
3. If you don't like No CBing, you can ally every orthodox on earth as deterrence, expand as much as you can (ottomans usually don't help their allies since like muscovy they're always in debt) and do one big war using people like serbia, wallachia, and even byz as tanks to distract the ottomans, usually works better when they're doing dumb shit like supporting afghanistan's independence or something.
When you get strong allies it's important to be opportunistic and vassalize people to drag the ottomans into a defensive war against you.
Keep in mind that pretty much every war is a death war, sell crownland, take max money from everyone, exploit dev if you have, etc. You have to push your country to the limit.
