Symphony of War has a plot point that only women who have given birth can become paladins. I thought that was kind of weird.

That quest in WoW's PTR where you need to travel back in time to make sure that Alexstrasza remains as a breeding slave for as long as she is supposed to. Complete with Alexstrasza finding out about it and gritting her teeth while she has to just accept knowing that the PC prolonged her getting abused and raped. And Chromie just acts really whimsical about all of it.
Due to backlash it was altered into a quest where you need to make sure Alexstrasza gets rescued when she is supposed to instead before making it to live server, but it is bonkers how this somehow got through all the filters and oversights at the post-sex scandal Blizzard in the first place.
