It runs better than the normal pc port because of vulkan support. I haven't played this latest version with volumetric effects but last I played it, it ran amazingly with no issues

There's a fucking trailer that shows what it does. It's a massive mod for the game that fixes a bunch of broken things from the pc port, the pc lacks a bunch of visuals that the consoles had, they were either missing or broken because of like one line in the code fucking it up. It fixes the games broken definition filter by making it work and scale with your resolution, it adds anti-aliasing support, it fixes the gamma, it fixes the missing rain effects at night, and many many many more things.

There is one that adds in all the removed songs. It also adds the DLC radio stations to base game as well.

There was a modpack site a few years ago for GTA games that had a design like this. It was fucking awful. It's "web design is my passion" type of design. I'm starting to think GTA modders just have really bad taste. Also checked.
