...not yet. They've removed the NYC dlc requirement for unlocking the endgame and the prestige levels though, so you can play basically the whole thing with only the base game now. The dlcs do unlock some extra gear, skills and areas.

It's pretty fun and the gameplay's actually better than the first game, even though the atmosphere is far from the original's. Everyone's max level'd since 5+ years tho so you won't be able to matchmake missions while leveling up: You can still play get people in your game by calling for backup (on the map) or just inviting a friend. Co-op enhances the experience quite a lot so if you've got a buddy looking for something to play that is the recommended route.

I always wanted to play this shit and almost got tempted to get it when it was 90% off, but then i saw Bugisofts logo and how i was about to be scammed by buying the base version in discount instead of the actual version that costs 60 dollars and never goes on sale, and just steel my resolve to not buying Bugisoft shit ever again.
Its always a horrible scame.

It's wild that ubisoft has basically greenlit and shut down division 3 like 4 times at this point. I wonder how much money has been spent on it.
Same shit with the mobile game, it's gone through 2 entire, complete, 100% finished development cycles and has burned over $200m USD.
Why?
