I never did get around to buying a PS5. They were hard to get during COVID, so I waited. Most of the PS5 games ended up on PC so I just played them there.

I wouldn't even count demon souls, it's a PS3 game, but destruction allstars I think is still exclusive (but a dead online game) and the vrshit (who cares and you need to shell out for what a whole other console would cost so it's arguable if it should even count)

If you want a new console that can play Gran Turismo 7 and Bloodborne, you have to buy a PS5, so your point kind of sucks.

Death Stranding 2 and Yotei still count as exclusives. They'll hit a sales ceiling, then they'll be ported to PC to make even more profit. All while serving PS owners first, and PC keks get sloppy seconds.

They're supposed to be cheaper, plug and play alternatives to PC gaming while offering things that other platforms don't/can't. Unfortunately the only console trying to do that right now is the Switch/Switch 2 because Nintendo was the only one to realize focusing on pure power was the wrong thing to do, and they came to that conclusion all the way back in the 90s.
