Marketing anon who also studied eng*neering here, and had friends in several other courses studying different careers.
Most careers usually have a subject to try and teach you the moral implications and applications of your career in different situations, how do they affect people.
In engineering, I even got a teacher who used to tell me that if i made a shit job the blame is on my and others will suffer because of it, so i should focus on doing a good job.
I heard similar things in programming, educations, ethics, chemistry, physics, and even cooking.
I did not got teach morality in marketing.
In fact, they told me to exploit you, you suckers, using lewd women, and sometimes hot men if im selling shot to women under similar conditions.
And this board is just one of many examples as to why exploiting whales with masturbation addiction and suffering from crippling loneliness is a viable market.
It is not ethical at all, but you guys keep throwing money at it instead of doing anything else with it, so who cares.
