arent they working on fremont though? Its a 6 core AMD CPU with an RX 7600.

A home PC console with steamOS is a much better gamble at this moment given xbox's disaster with gamepass and if they price it at $500.

Not sure what their aim is but if they can tackle 4k gaming on the tv somehow at an affordable price to match xbox they can destroy gamepass.

Why would you guys be excited for the Deckard?? if that's truly it's design/ protype then it's just gonna be like the other DOZENS of fucking VR headset craps out in the market.

honestly all these headsets just don't cut it for me at their pricepoint. once you hit the 2k mark i'd rather just go all in and purchase a vision pro. at least then i could have the chance to use it as a virtual desktop thing, while also having better displays/passthrough and hand tracking if i choose to not use controllers all the time.

the fingertracking knuckles gimmick is absolute dogshit, barely utilized in anything and only makes grabbing more unreliable and finnicky than a proper button that was a good tactile feedback

apparently the base ps6 is supposed to be slightly better than the ps5 pro, so i could see fremont targeting a similar level of price to performance if the release windows are close together, especially since sony doesn't plan on subsidizing their hardware anymore

not quite dude, it's more like how the 3DS shows you 3d stereo games.. i think the deckard is gonna basically allow you to play games in 3d without glasses like the 3ds but obviously without a shitty pixellated screen
