Delphox would be a solid design on its own but it is just such a downgrade from Braixen.
Braixen was like this badass fast and acrobatic fire dancer with a spinny torch. He was a badass adorable design.
Meanwhile, Delphox looked a lot less mobile and acrobatic while having no muscle power to make up for it. Delphox just looks like a huge, easy to hit target. And missing the badass weapon which was a big part of Braixens appeal is a huge loss. And they took away from its cuteness value too. Straight downgrade.
Should have reversed Delphox and Braixens locations in the evolution line.

How much time do you actually spend with the middle evolution in these games?
Making the middle one the cool fighter and the final one the ugly child is weird.
