You don't need a denomination to begin with any of it. All you need is faith and belief in Jesus Christ. That He is the Son of God who was crucified and died for your sins then was resurrected by The Father after 3 days and is now alive again reigning together with Him in Heaven, waiting for when the the time of the Second Coming will arrive.
You don't need to be of any denomination to welcome Him in your heart and life. All you need is faith and the willingness to seek Him out.
You can worry about things like which specific Church or denomination to join later on when you have the basics of it all down and you feel like maybe you want to actually be part of a Church and engage in its rituals and whatnot.
But, the very basic there is that the Church should first, not allow women to be pastors or be lenient to LGBTQ stuff, so, no pride flags and other things like that in there. Second, they need to believe in Jesus as I have just told you, and they NEED to believe in the Holy Trinity, which is: "God is one being who exists in three co-equal and co-eternal persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. He is one being, but experienced as three distinct, yet unified, divine persons."
And last, the Church must believe that Jesus is both fully divine and fully human.
