Man, I do have to say
I'm subbed to a few guys like Mandalore, Gaming Brit, and Grim Beard...
They've all trended towards multi-hour long videos that seem to come out once or twice a year, and man do I miss the era when guys like this just reviewed their game and got to the point within 10, 20, 30, 40 minutes.
A video over an hour long is a kind of an ask of my time, and man I liked it when Grim Beard reviewed Silent Hill for over an hour because it was clearly one of his favorite game and he really cared about it ... but I don't get the sense that everyone who makes a multi-hour video really needed all that time.
Honestly if your video is over an hour and 30 minutes, and you really do think it's worth saying everything you've put in the script, you should consider breaking it up into parts.
I don't have the time to watch a 4 hour video in one sitting, and if I come back in the middle I feel like I've lost the point.
