Literally every single game released this year was dogshit. Every single one.

Only Hollow Knight Silksong was fun. I say fun because it was the only game I rated more than 8 on a scale of 10. This year will decide everything, if Silksong gets GOTY, that would mean the gaming community still has some fucking dignity and the next five years of gaming will be filled with hope. But if it doesn't, it would mean that the award shows are rigged and the next five years will be same tripleA shit recycled on UE5.

Power and relevance should be given to devs who have soul and passion for gaming, not corps.

Zatch Bell is unironically 500x better than Naruto and Zatch Bell 2 is 5000x better than Boruto. I theorize that the reason people cling to bad series like Naruto, Dragon Ball, Bleach, One Piece, etc, is because they are popular and they got into them when they were younger or due to peer pressure, and catching up on lesser known series in the West is too intimidating. People who like Naruto will not read 800 chapters of kingdom unless an e-celeb tells them to.

empire eternal is an upcoming game but it's just empire earth clone with better graphics, it has an economy that consists of harvesting 4 resources and then shitting out buildings and units, even knights and merchants needed the shield and the axe to make the axeman and that is a lengthy process, there is actually an economy. But the war can be anything I suppose it's just the game, command and conquer is pretty shitty you just harvest the one resource, sometimes like star craft there's two, gameplay is also weak just click on enemy.

It just seems like there should be better.

I returned hoi4 as well it just felt cancerous, coh2 is ok there's no economy and is pretty basic though and it's all about these victory points which makes the game shit and the community is "toxic". Plus they're both ww2, warno was already replaced by broken arrow so I didn't get it, and it's just get points and spawn in new units, you can do small things well or big things but never both.
