Pre-2010 games. Even better if you play them on emulator - with savestates you can save a lot of time.

Arcade-style games are the best for having limited time, energy, and possibly having interruptions. I recommend Devil Daggers because until you git gud, no game session will last longer than 60 seconds but will give you more adrenaline than 3 hours of Doom Eternal.
